News:
WiCaNeM2010 organizing team received information that there is
misunderstanding about deadline of early registration and early
bird fees connected to this. To solve these issues, organizing
team extended early bird registration untill 29 April.
Final
result, be aware that from coming Friday, April 30 onwards, only
late registration fee will be offered.

Cancellation / refund policy
If you want to cancel your
registration, we kindly request you to send an e-mail to
Registration.WICaNeM2010@hortilink.nl.
If you cancel before April 30,
2010, you will receive a full refund minus € 25,- to compensate for
our administration and transaction costs. From April 30, but before
May 17, 2010, you will receive a 50% refund minus € 25,- costs
compensation. No refund will be made for any cancellations from May
17, 2010 onwards.
