Registration procedure
Your registration
will be handled by HortiLink. When registering online, you can
choose between different participation options. The connecting
prices for the selected options will be automatically
summarized. After choosing your desired options, you’ll be asked
to fill out your personal details. Finally you’ll be guided to
the online payment section. After finishing the registration
procedure, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your
registered details and your personal registration number. You will
receive a payment confirmation as soon as we have received your
payment.
Cancellation / refund policy
If you want to cancel your
registration, we kindly request you to send an e-mail to
Registration.WICaNeM2010@hortilink.nl.
If you cancel before April 30,
2010, you will receive a full refund minus € 25,- to compensate for
our administration and transaction costs. From April 30, but before
May 17, 2010, you will receive a 50% refund minus € 25,- costs
compensation. No refund will be made for any cancellations from May
17, 2010 onwards.
Letter of invitation
If
you need a letter of invitation, please request one by sending an
e-mail to
Registration.WICaNeM2010@hortilink.nl The
conference office will
send you a personalized letter of invitation. The invitation is
particularly meant to help the participant to raise travel funds
and/or obtain a visa. The letter will be reached out after
receiving the full outstanding payment free from all international
bank transfer charges.
Language
The official language of the symposium is English. There will be
no translation.
Insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants themselves.
The organization does not accept any liability or responsibility
for illness/death, or injury to or financial loss by any person
attending the conference, whatever the cause.
Accommodation Hotel
accommodation is not included in any fee. For hotel suggestions,
see other sections at this website.
