Includes welcome reception at Monday and coffee, tea and lunch from Tuesday until Friday. Includes also symposium proceedings which are 2 volumes of Acta Horticulturae. It excludes hotel accomodation, symposium excursion and symposium dinner.

One day participation and students do not receive proceedings.
