Symposium registration options & prices

⁽¹⁾ Includes welcome reception at Monday and coffee, tea and lunch from Tuesday until Friday. Includes also symposium proceedings which are 2 volumes of Acta Horticulturae. It excludes hotel accomodation, symposium excursion and symposium dinner.

⁽²⁾Same as option ⁽¹⁾ without symposium proceedings.

Cancellation / refund policy
Cancellations must be in writing. Any cancellations before July 1, 2009 will be 100% refunded minus € 25,- to compensate for our administration and transaction costs. From July 1, but before August 1, 2009, cancellations will be 50% refunded minus same administration and transaction costs. No refund will be made for any cancellations from August 1, 2009 onwards.
