Registration procedure

Your registration will be handled in co-operation with HortiLink. When registering online, you can choose different participation options you want to register for. Connecting prices for your selected options will be automatically summarized and you will be guided to pages where you can supply your personal details and finally you will arrive in a online payment terminal. After finishing the registration procedure, you will receive automatically an e-mail with your registered details and your personal registration number. In general you pay to HortiLink and HortiLink will forward your payment towards EUCARPIA. You will receive a payment confirmation as soon as we have received your payment.

Cancellation / refund policy
Cancellations must be in writing. Any cancellations before July 1, 2009 will be 100% refunded minus € 25,- to compensate for our administration and transaction costs. From July 1, but before August 1, 2009, cancellations will be 50% refunded minus same administration and transaction costs. No refund will be made for any cancellations from August 1, 2009 onwards.

Letter of invitation
Upon request the secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to any participant of the symposium. Such an invitation is only meant to help the participant raise travel funds and/or obtain a visa and will only be send after receiving full outstanding payment free from all international bank transfer charges.

Language
The official language of the symposium is English. There will be no translation.

Electrical Current
The Netherlands operates on 220-230 volts for electrical appliance. The frequency is 50-60 Hertz.

Insurance
Insurance is the responsibility of the participants themselves. The organization does not accept any liability or responsibility for illness/death, or injury to or financial loss by any person attending this symposium, whatever the cause.

Accomodation
Hotel accommodation is not included in any fee. For hotel suggestions, see other sections at this website
